These terms are used to inform visitors regarding the data content on AltIndex.com (provided by AltIndex LLC, a full subsidiary of Invested Inc.), registration data, access to AltIndex.com and the policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use the Site.

If you choose to use the Site, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to these terms. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service.

I. Registration Data and Account Security

As a condition to using some parts of the Site, you may be required to register an account with AltIndex.com, select a password and user name and provide other information about your identity, your company or your investments. You agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete Registration Data; (b) maintain the security of your password and user name; (c) be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account. You may only maintain one active account with the Site.

Bundled Subscriptions: If you sign up for AltIndex through a promotion that includes a subscription to a partner newsletter or service, you agree that we may automatically register you for that partner service using the email address you provided. You understand that the partner service is a third party, and your subscription with them will be governed by their separate Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

By providing us with your e-mail address, you agree to receive all required notices electronically, including through the Site or to your e-mail address. If you want to stop receiving emails from AltIndex.com, update your user settings accordingly. It is your responsibility to update or change your e-mail address, as appropriate. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Registration Data or Account Information for the Services, you agree to notify us immediately.

We value your trust in providing your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

As part of providing you the Site, we may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and your AltIndex account, which you may not be able to opt-out from receiving. All that said, we will never spam you.

II. Access to the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Site grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to access and use the Site and the Content for your own personal internal use. Your access to the site can be terminated, at any time and for any reason. Your access to or use of the Site and Content may be terminated without notice. AltIndex.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site or Content, or to any such information or files, and shall not be required to make such information or files available to you after any such termination.

By accessing and using the Site and Content, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless "AltIndex" from and against any and all claims, losses, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to (a) any breach by you of these Terms and (b) your use of or activities in connection with the Site.

If we believe you are abusing the Site in any way, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your user account and access to the Site.

III. Site Content

Investing in stocks involves risk of loss of capital. The information provided on AltIndex.com is for general informational purposes only. All information on the Site is provided in good faith, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness of any information on the Site. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL ALTINDEX LLC HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE. YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

IV. Paid Products or Services

As part of your use of the Site, AltIndex.com may limit free access to users and offer paid products or services. We have an open cancellation process, meaning customers can cancel at any time. However, please be aware that we have a no refund policy. Once a payment is made, it is final. If you wish to cancel your subscription or any paid services, you can do so by updating your settings or contacting our support team. Despite the cancellation, no refunds will be issued for any previous payments.

AltIndex LLC IS NOT A TAX ADVISOR, BROKER, FINANCIAL ADVISOR OR INVESTMENT ADVISOR. THE SERVICE IS NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE TAX, LEGAL, FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE, AND NOTHING ON THE SERVICE SHOULD BE CONSTRUED AS AN OFFER TO SELL, A SOLICITATION OF AN OFFER TO BUY, OR A RECOMMENDATION FOR ANY SECURITY. Trading in such securities can result in immediate and substantial losses of the capital invested. You alone are solely responsible for determining whether any investment, security or strategy, or any other product or service, is appropriate or suitable for you based on your investment objectives and personal and financial situation.

VII. Use of Cookies

The Site utilizes different technologies to collect, store, and aggregate data about website usage. We may use electronic tags called "cookies" to help us understand and analyze use of the Site. Information about which pages have been accessed and for how long, the country the user accesses the Site from, and certain technical information regarding the user's computer and operating systems, such as user Internet protocol address, domain name and browser, etc are recorded and stored.

Certain sections of the Site require cookies to be enabled to enhance site performance. AltIndex.com uses two types of cookies on the Site, temporary cookies and persistent cookies. Temporary cookies are used to store information during a browser session and will expire shortly after concluding a visit to the Site. Persistent cookies are used to store information between visits and are stored permanently or for a specified length of time. Persistent cookies are used to facilitate easier navigation and provide a higher level of convenience for the user.

• post or otherwise make available any information that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).

You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information about the Site ("Feedback"), provided by you to AltIndex.com are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of the Company. The Site owns exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of this Feedback for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

X. Other Disclaimers

The Site may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. AltIndex LLC assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, User Content.
